if ppl are kinda confused (dun worry i am too):

• 1 explosion on a driving metro, 2 in brussels airport.
  
• 20 deaths in the metro, 14 in the airport – 100+ injured.
• 2 packages have been detonated on a VUB (uni) site + at the airport by the army.
• everyone in the country is told to stay inside. nd not use public transport.
• threat level is at 4 – the highest – in all of belgium.
• schools are told to keep children inside and to not let minors out on their own.
• universities in brussels are letting classes that started finish. universities anywhere else are not suspending classes, but are not recommending people who need to travel (aka don’t like in the city) to come.
• brussels is in complete lockdown – no public transport, there’s a lot of traffic issues. trains are stopping at various big stations before brussels.
• if you’re stuck in brussels, #ikwilhelpen on twitter has ppl offering help. esp people that will play for taxi.
• people are recommended to use social media if they can, instead of the phone lines which are under a lot of strain.
